Management in the new normal: hybrid, AI and wellbeing management

Cécile Dejoux is a Senior University Professor leading the HR faculty within the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM - France). She is responsible for the Human Resources Management and Digital transformation master’s degree, the Director of the Learning Lab Human Change also hosted within Cnam Foundation and an associate teacher at ESCP Business School.
She delivers conferences for companies and organisations on complementary topics such as “well-being and caring management”, “Managing in hybrid working model”, “How the artificial intelligence is changing the role and work of the manager”, and many more.
Distance education specialist, she designed the most followed French-speaking massive open online course (MOOC) - 1st in terms of registered participants - entitled “From manager to leader: becoming agile and collaborative” which had more than 400 000 followers registered in 148 countries throughout the 14 course seasons on France Université Numérique. In 2020, she launched a new MOOC “IA for everyone” which gathered more than 100 000 followers in 5 course seasons. In 2021, she introduced two new MOOCs: “From the hybrid manager to the new leader” and “Management post-covid”.
In 2015, she created, and lead since then, the Observatory of management transformations, the Learning Lab Human Change, hosted with the Cnam and supported by well-established companies (SNCF, Malakoff Humanis, Michelin, Robert Walters, Cornerstone, Julhiet Sterwen). The Learning Lab supports the collaborators’ transformation through digital and AI and creates shareable knowledge through learning expeditions in the United States, Japan, China, and other countries.

Her main research topics are: Human resources management, well-being and caring management, the influence of AI on the role of managers, AI ethics, future of work, hybrid models.
She has published more than 22 scientific articles and international communications as well as numerous books including Ce sera l'IA et moi (April 2020), Metamorphoses of managers in the digital and AI age (with E. Leon, 2018), from agile manager to Leader designer, 2017, Talent management, 2015 2nd ed, (with M. Thévenet), HR functions, 2020, 5th ed, (collective) etc.
Other tasks/roles: Supervising PhD students, Member of the Reading Committee for the scientific and public journal Pour l'Eco, Director of various research groups (French-speaking Human Resources management Association – AGRH, the coaching and management consulting network Anvie).
Since 2021, she is a member of ORANGE [1] 's Data and AI Ethics Council.
Since 2019, she is a member of the jury of the digital HRD organised by ANDRH (Association for HR professionals).
